Response time: Within 24 hours (weekdays)
What to include:

- Session ID (if applicable)
- Screenshots (if relevant)
- Steps to reproduce (for bugs)
In-App Support
During a session: Type your question conversationally - DeliberAI can often help with usage questions directly.
From your dashboard: Look for the "Help" or "Support" button in the navigation menu.
Common Issues & Solutions
Technical Issues
"DeliberAI isn't responding to my messages"
Possible causes:
- Network connectivity issue
- Session timeout
- Server maintenance
Solutions:
- Check your internet connection
- Refresh the page
- Try logging out and back in
- If problem persists, contact support with session ID
"I can't download my document"
Possible causes:
- Browser blocking download
- Session not completed
- File generation error
Solutions:
- Check browser download settings/permissions
- Try a different browser
- Contact support with session ID
"My session was interrupted and I lost my work"
Good news: Your session is auto-saved!
Solutions:
- Go to "My Sessions" in your dashboard
- Find the interrupted session
- Click "Resume"
- Your full context is preserved
Account Issues
"I can't sign in"
Didn't receive magic link:
- Check spam/junk folder
- Request a new magic link
- Verify email address is correct
- Wait a few minutes for delivery
Using Google sign-in:
- Make sure you're using the same Google account you originally signed up with
- Check if browser is blocking third-party cookies
- Try disabling pop-up blocker
Account locked:
- Contact support@deliber.ai with your account email
"My subscription isn't showing up"
Solutions:
- Log out and log back in
- Check the email associated with your payment
- Verify payment went through (check bank/card statement)
- Contact support with:
- Your account email
- Payment confirmation number
- Date of purchase
"I was charged incorrectly"
Contact support immediately: š§ billing@deliber.ai
Include:
- Account email
- Charge amount and date
- What you expected to be charged
- Screenshot of charge (if possible)
Response time: Within 12 hours for billing issues
Usage Issues
"The methodology doesn't feel right for my situation"
You're in control!
"This approach doesn't feel right for my situation. Can we try
a different methodology?"
"I'd prefer to use [specific method] instead"
DeliberAI will adapt or explain why the current approach might help.
"I want to change my document after the session"
Options:
- Resume the session - Continue editing with full context
- Download and edit - Edit the Markdown file in any text editor
- Start new session - Reference previous doc and build on it

Reporting Bugs
How to Report a Bug
Via email: bugs@deliber.ai
Include the following information:
1. Bug Description
- What happened vs. what you expected
- Severity (blocking work / annoying / minor)
2. Steps to Reproduce
Example:
1. Started new session
2. Asked DeliberAI to help brainstorm pricing strategy
3. Received error message instead of response
4. Error: [paste exact error message]
3. Environment Details
- Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and version
- Operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android)
- Device type (desktop, tablet, mobile)
4. Session Information
- Session ID (if available)
- Your account email
- Timestamp when bug occurred
5. Screenshots/Screen Recording
- Visual evidence helps immensely
- Use tools like Loom for screen recordings
